    This incident is still ongoing. The third-party document-processing provider has not yet restored service, so Word document uploads continue to fail. Existing contracts, editing, PDF generation and signing remain unaffected. We are monitoring the provider closely and will post another update as soon as there is a change.

    The cause is an outage at a third-party document-processing provider. Word uploads will recover automatically once the provider restores service. No action is needed on your side; we will update here.

    Uploading Word documents to Juro is currently failing. This affects new contracts, templates, new versions, and email or bulk imports from .docx files. Existing contracts, editing, PDF generation and signing are not affected.
